Press Release – FHTR PRESIDENT MEETS CHIEF MINISTER

Discusses Tourism initiatives.

Jaipur, 1 November: The Federation of Hospitality and Tourism of Rajasthan (FHTR) President, Mr. Apurv kumar met the Rajasthan Chief Minister. Mr. Ashok Gehlot on Sunday evening at his residence. Mr Kumar, who is also the Managing Director of the Clark Group of Hotels, briefed the Chief Minister about the initiatives being taken to promote tourism, as well as art and culture in Rajasthan by the Federation. Mr. Kumar also expressed his gratitude to the Chief Minister for the decisions taken on World Tourism Day in September , pertaining to the formation of the Tourism Council of Rajasthan as well as looking into the industry benefits to be provided to the tourism sector.

The Chief Minister applauded the efforts and assured that the government stood commited to make Rajasthan the preferred Tourism destination of the country.
